You may not use this Website and/or our Services if this is prohibited in your country or by any law or regulation applicable to you.
Furthermore, before placing and confirming an order, you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
You may download and print these Terms and Conditions.
Description of the Products
(1) You should carefully read the description of the Services and/or Products before placing an order. The description of the Services and/or Products sets out the essential characteristics of the Services and/or Products in accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the French Consumer Code. These descriptions are intended to provide you with as much information as possible about these characteristics, but are not necessarily exhaustive. Photographs, drawings and descriptions of the Products and/or Services are provided for information purposes only and are not binding upon us.
(2) We recommend that you consult the information and instructions for use stated on the packaging, labels and accompanying documents. We cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these instructions for use relating to the Products and/or Services supplied through our website www.matizladeco.com.
Purchase of Products
(1) Each purchase of Products is subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
(2) When purchasing a Product:
(i) it is your responsibility to read the complete list of items before committing to purchase them; and
(ii) placing an order on the Website by completing the payment process and clicking the “Buy” button may result in a legally binding agreement for the purchase of the relevant Product, unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.
(3) You may select our Products and add the Products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking on the relevant button. The prices applicable to our Products are displayed on the Website.
We reserve the right to change our prices or correct any accidental pricing errors. Such changes shall not affect the price of Products that you have already purchased.
During checkout, you will be provided with a summary of all Products placed in your shopping cart. This summary includes the essential characteristics of each Product, as well as the total price of all Products, applicable VAT and, where applicable, shipping costs.
The payment page also allows you to review the Products and, if necessary, modify or remove them, or adjust the quantities. Where necessary, you may also identify and correct input errors using the editing function before making your order finally binding.
Any stated delivery period begins upon receipt of your payment of the purchase price.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a final order to purchase the Products offered at the stated price and with the stated shipping costs.
In order to complete the ordering process by clicking the “Buy” button, you must first accept these Terms and Conditions as legally binding upon your order by ticking the relevant box.
(4) We will then send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email will summarize your order again and may be printed or saved using the appropriate function.
Please note: this is an automated message solely confirming that we have received your order. It does not mean that we have accepted your order.
(5) The legally binding agreement for the purchase of the Products shall only be concluded when we send you an acceptance email or when we deliver the Products to you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order.
This shall not apply where we offer a specific payment method for your order and you have selected it, if a payment process is initiated immediately after submission of your order, for example an electronic transfer, an immediate bank transfer through PayPal or another comparable payment method.
In such cases, the legally binding agreement shall be concluded when you complete the ordering process described above by clicking the “Buy” button.
(6) You may save your preferred payment method for future use. In such cases, we will store your payment details in accordance with the applicable standards within our industry, such as PCI DSS. You can identify the saved card by its last four digits.
Delivery of the Products
We may deliver our Products to countries within the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland.
Rates and delivery times vary depending on the type of Products ordered, the delivery address and the delivery method selected: bpost, Homerr, Mondial Relay, etc.
The applicable rates and delivery times will be communicated to you before you confirm your order.
Delivery times are generally 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country. These periods are indicative only and correspond to the usual average processing and delivery times.
Matizla Deco shall not be liable if delivery is delayed or if the order is lost due to the actions of third parties, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
If an order that has already been dispatched is not delivered within the indicated period, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. This may take several days.
During this period, no refund or replacement shipment can be made.
Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place once the ordered Products have been delivered to the address provided.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to make delivery possible at the agreed location, either in their presence or in the presence of a third party designated by them.
If delivery fails due to a fault on the part of the Buyer or the third party designated by them, the costs of such delivery attempt shall be borne entirely by the Buyer.
If the Buyer is absent at the time of delivery, the Buyer must follow the procedure proposed by the external carrier.
In the event of the Buyer's absence during delivery by bpost to an address in Belgium, bpost will inform the Buyer of the nearest post office where the parcel will be held and the date from which it will be available.
In the event of the Buyer's absence during delivery by DPD, making delivery impossible, it is the Buyer's responsibility to arrange a new delivery with the carrier.
The Buyer is entitled to a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.
The Buyer may also choose to collect the parcel from a DPD ParcelShop with extended opening hours.
If, despite the carrier's various attempts, a parcel is not collected or received, it will be returned to Matizla Deco. The Buyer will be informed of this by email.
The Buyer may request a new delivery. The associated costs shall be borne by the Buyer, even if the initial shipment was free of charge.
In the event of an error in the delivery address provided, any additional costs resulting from this error shall be borne by the Buyer.
Matizla Deco shall under no circumstances be held liable for errors made by the Buyer when providing the delivery address, nor for delays or the inability to deliver the ordered Products resulting therefrom.
Matizla Deco bears the risk of damage and/or loss of the goods until the time of delivery.
The risk shall pass to the Buyer as soon as the ordered Products have been received by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer.
Each delivery shall, in principle, require a signature confirming delivery. However, the absence of such a signature shall not affect the transfer of risk.
Coupons, Gift Cards and Other Offers
We may occasionally offer coupons, gift cards, discounts and other offers relating to our Products.
These offers are valid only during the period, if any, specified in the offer.
Offers may not be transferred, modified, sold, exchanged, reproduced or distributed without our express written consent.

Product Warranty
(1) If the Product is affected by a hidden defect, you have the right to invoke the statutory warranty in accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect.
A hidden defect means that the Product is unfit for the purpose for which it is intended, or that its use is so significantly impaired that you would not have purchased the Product, or would only have purchased it at a lower price, had you been aware of the defect.
