The Buyer is informed that the personal data communicated by the Buyer to the Seller in connection with an order is collected and processed by the Seller in its capacity as data controller. In this context, Matizla Deco acts only as the Seller's technical data processor. As data controllers of their Buyers' personal data, it is the Sellers' responsibility to provide the data subjects with complete information regarding the processing.

Matizla Deco entrusts the collection and processing of User-related data to data processors selected with care and diligence. These data processors will act only on the instructions of Matizla Deco and on its behalf.
